Breast Cancer Awareness continues to be an important dedication of Sara's. In addition, starting in 2007 her donations have been going to help the fight for the betterment of life for those who suffer with MS. One of my wonderful brides decided to delay her wedding because her sister was dealing with an MS issue. The thoughtfulness made me feel very close to that bride. Also, my cousin has been dealing with MS in his own life. His beautiful spirit inspires me and makes me passionate about wanting to help in any way I can.
So...looking forward to 2010...I will be making an additional donation to help fight for the betterment of life for those who suffer from Multiple Scorosis.

I have been dedicated to breast cancer awareness ever since I started photographing
weddings. I guess I see it as an honor. It is my privilege to be in a position
to share information with my brides. Both of my grandmothers have gone through
breast cancer and have survived. My aunt lost her fight with breast cancer.
I want all women to have the knowledge at their fingertips. No matter what your age,
you need to be proactive.

My goal is to educate my brides. This year I started a grassroots outreach of my own.
I provide my brides with a pamphlet designed by The Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

2005. I am please to announce Sara Strom Photography's continued support of Breast
Cancer Awareness. Again this year, I will donate for every wedding booked to support
this important cause.

2004. Sara participated in the American Cancer Society's "Making Strides" as well as
competed in the 5K race and raised over $1,000 for The Race for The Cure.

2003. My commitment was to help raise awareness for breast cancer by using Breast
Cancer Awareness Stamps on every piece of mail I sent out through Sara Strom Photography & Public Relations. Proceeds from the stamps go to FUND THE FIGHT. FIND A CURE.
